Monika's cake was two tier: top layer was white cake with Belgian Chocolate Ganache, bottom layer was marble cake also with the chocolate ganache. It was covered in white buttercream icing and fondant.
She also ordered 700 cupcakes in 5 flavors: Carrot Cake, Chocolate Mint, Banana Nut, Lemon, and Red Velvet.

Oh, simple has my heart. This white cake and it's dots... and that flower top. It's small and so, so pretty. I love this one.
700 cupcakes? Did... you.. say.. make them all??..... The frosting is just stunning. You, my sweet, are an artist.
