Ian's Birthday Cake

What a fun cake to make!  Mike the Knight is a favorite for Ian and his mom wanted a cake that would incorporate his favorite characters.  This tall cake was both chocolate and vanilla cake with buttercream icing.  I think the details are what makes all the difference.

Cindy's Wedding Cake

This simple, but elegant, wedding cake was white cake with raspberry filling.  The rustic buttercream icing and burlap lace, paired with the royal rich colors of the flowers, makes for a cake perfect for a simple wedding.

Angry Birds Birthday Bash!

A special little 5 year old had a birthday and begged for an Angry Bird Theme.  He wanted a cake with the Red Bird, Yellow Bird and Blue Bird.  We served the guests cupcakes with edible Angry Bird images.  The party guests thought it was SO COOL that they could eat the cupcake toppers.  I found an awesome store that will print anything I want. I just want to give Bakers Cash and Carry a shout out because they are doing a great job at providing local cake decorators with fun supplies.
