These cupcakes were chocolate buttermilk topped with buttercream frosting. Each one had a edible pearl and handmade fondant flower. I made the shoe out of fondant and gave it a little bling with edible pearls and luster dust.

Kelly's Cake and Cupcakes
Cupcakes fit right in at a wedding. The bride ordered both chocolate and white cupcakes with swirled buttercream frosting. The cake at the top of the stand was a rich devils food with buttercream frosting covered in fondant.
The cupcake stand was specially designed to coordinate with the reception decorations.

Sara's Cake
This four tier cake was stunning in Adib's Rug Gallery. Fresh white roses crowned the top of the cake and the silver ribbon tied it all together with the brides colors. Hand-piping and fondant pearls gave the perfect finish to the cake.

Rose's Cake
This cake is three different flavors: Carrot cake, White with fresh strawberry filling, and chocolate buttermilk. The recipe for the carrot cake is my Grandma Hamaker's and is the best I've ever tasted.
The big beautiful roses were a perfect choice for a pretty backyard wedding.

Traci's Cake
This is a white cake with buttercreme frosting. I made fondant panels to cover the outside. White chocolate curls cover the top of the cakes.

Kathy's Easter Cupcakes
These were fun to make. The cupcakes are lemon with a lemon/orange glaze, then covered in buttercream frosting. She wanted a dozen piped with grass and flowers and a dozen covered in fondant and decorated with easter eggs. The flowers are all hand made with either royal icing or fondant/gumpaste.

Joyce's Wedding Cake
I was so excited to make this cake. I tried a few new techniques and I'm pleased with how it turned out.
The cake is chocolate with buttercream frosting. It's covered in ivory fondant.
Everything on the cake is edible; pearls, ribbon topper, roses, and lace.
These are some pictures I took before the reception.
The following pictures appear courtsey of Linda Payne, the wedding photographer. You can find her work at: http://lpaynephoto.blogspot.com/

Sara Ann's Cupcakes
These are white cupcakes with milk chocolate buttercream icing. They are topped with black fondant and rolled in edible silver beads. The flowers are handmade out of gumpaste.
I found these gorgeous cupcakes on Flickr and copied them exactly, even the stand they are on. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to take pictures of my cupcakes. I took them to the event and arranged them, then had to leave quickly for a family emergency. These pictures belong to a cake decorator in Australia whose idea I duplicated. The only difference was I used black cupcake papers. I liked the stark contrast of the white on black and silver.
