The Bride wanted a cake inspired by her gorgeous dress. I shaped and gathered the vanilla fondant to imitate it, and added the beautiful flowers to tie into her wedding colors. The edible lace, delicate details, and pearl shimmer had guests and resort employees Ooh-ing and Ahh-ing.

Richardson's 50th Anniversary Cake
This is my first vintage wedding cake and I LOVED every second of it. I was given a couple of wedding photos of the Richardson's cake from 50 years ago and asked to re-create it. Mrs. Richardson had saved the pillars and swans from her wedding day and gave them to me to use. I did my best to match the piping and blue roses and capture the style of the day. It was so fun! I desperately wish the piping would come back in style because it was a blast!
Chandler's Cake
This is a Naked Cake with lots of rustic charm. The French Vanilla cake and buttercream icing with wildflowers matched the Bride's personality perfectly.
Emily's Cake
Bride and Groom...lacy and masculine...vanilla and chocolate. The best of both worlds! Half the cake was covered in vanilla fondant and the other half in chocolate fondant. The hand piped lace was delicate and beautiful and contrasted nicely with the dripping ganache and hand dipped tuxedo strawberries.
