Pink, Red, and White...a perfect little girl cake. This cake was for two little girls, one turning 7 and one turning 8. The top two layers were vanilla and the bottom layer was red velvet.
I got to use my cake cricut to do the lettering as well as the border on the top layer. It cuts the edible paper so well!

Ruth's Wedding Cake
I am such a fan on Yellow and Grey and I just love the design that Ruth chose for the cake. The pendants were made from edible paper!!! It was a carrot cake covered in buttercream and fondant. She also had me make chocolate cakes and lemon cakes with lemon icing for the guests at the reception.
This is my Mother in Law cutting and serving cake for the reception.
Tommie's 13th Birthday Cake and Cookies
Tommie's mom planned a Spa Sleepover for her daughter's 13th birthday. She ordered this chocolate cake with double chocolate filling and ombre rosette design. She also wanted some soft sugar cookies decorated like a eye mask. They were fun to make! The sanding sugar around the edge added a little bling.
Elisha's Baby Shower Cake
Pink and Brown melt my heart. This yummy treat was lemon raspberry cake with lemon buttercream icing. The decorations were fondant and edible paper. Congratulations to the Mommy to be!
Stephanie's Blue Wedding Cake
My favorite part of this cake in one word....Bling! I loved the diamond bling around the bottom of each cake. It was such a striking contrast to the blue fondant. The handmade fondant roses and leaves also added to the drama of this cake. This bride was not afraid of color and she pulled it off perfectly!

Angry Birds Birthday Bash!
A special little 5 year old had a birthday and begged for an Angry Bird Theme. He wanted a cake with the Red Bird, Yellow Bird and Blue Bird. We served the guests cupcakes with edible Angry Bird images. The party guests thought it was SO COOL that they could eat the cupcake toppers. I found an awesome store that will print anything I want. I just want to give Bakers Cash and Carry a shout out because they are doing a great job at providing local cake decorators with fun supplies.

Breena's Birthday Cake
For a teenagers cake, you can't go wrong with Zebra print and Lime Green!!! This was a birthday cake for Breena...hence the "B" on the top of the cake. It was chocolate with buttercream icing. I discovered "Disco Glitter". I'm not sure how I lived without it before now. I LOVE how it glam-ed up this cake. I brushed each of the handmade flowers and the initial on the top of the cake with the edible glitter and it made it sparkle! They said it was the best chocolate cake they had ever had :-)
Shelby's Cake
I want to send out a big Thank You to Rochelle Orgill, from Pointe Digital, for the photo of this cake. You can find her website here. http://pointedigital.com/
Shelby, the bride, has a fun personality and the cake she chose suited her well. This fun, bright, blue and yellow cake was chocolate with buttercream. The roses are handmade from gumpaste/fondant, the bottom layer is stenciled with royal icing and the top zigzag is hand cut fondant.

Gary's Raiders Cake
A client ordered a Raiders Birthday cake for her husband, Gary. I'm clueless when it comes to sports so I had to enlist my hubby's help with this one. He helped cut out the Raiders logo on the cake. I love how it turned out!
Melinda's Baby Shower Cake
I've been wishing for a client to order a pregnant belly cake and finally got to do one. It was fun! Her colors were blue, lime green and orange. What a great color combo for a baby shower. The cake was chocolate with buttercream icing and the cupcakes were strawberry and chocolate.
I just love the little feet pushing out the side of the belly!
